Package Description & Contents: An unlimited amount of non-watermarked, high resolution, professionally edited images delivered on an online, easy-to-use downloadable gallery with image return in a 30 to 60 day period.

Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the date and the remainder is due the week of the session. Payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Western Union money orders, Zelle, or cash.

Copyrights: Until Final Payment for services rendered is received; the photographs produced by Camera-Shy Collectives are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may only be used in a personal manner, not commercial. Upon final payment, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the client under the following conditions:

-The photographic images are the property of clients for personal use and for the purposes of reproduction in order to give photographs to friends and relatives.

-Images must provide credit to Camera-shy Collectives or Devin Sunshine Salmon when shared online.

-Images will be delivered in the timeframe listed in Package Description & Contents only after a deposit is paid. The timeframe listed will begin only when the deposit is paid.

-The images are not to be sold or used for a profit.

-The images are not to be altered or edited in any way.

Exhibition: Clients and surrounding individuals grant Camera-Shy Collectives permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Camera-Shy Collectives’ work, thereby releasing all claims to profits that may arise from such use of the selected images.

Model Release: Clients hereby grant to Camera-Shy Collectives and its legal representatives and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the session in which the images may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to copyright the same. Clients hereby release Camera-Shy Collectives and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
